• LeaseMate provides educational tools, roleplay simulations, and script generation to help leasing professionals build confidence and skills.
• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities under it.

User Content

• You may generate scripts, chats, or notes within the app. These are for personal use only.
• LeaseMate does not claim ownership of your content but may store and process it to provide app functionality.
• You agree not to upload or share harmful, offensive, or unlawful material.

Intellectual Property

• All app content including text, design, and branding is owned by LeaseMate and protected under copyright and trademark laws.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Subscriptions and Payments

• LeaseMate offers subscription-based features. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial on their first subscription.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged.
• After the trial, a one-month subscription fee will apply and renew automatically unless cancelled through your account settings.
• Payments and renewals are processed securely through the App Store or Play Store under their terms.

Limitation of Liability

• LeaseMate provides educational tools and does not guarantee specific business or sales outcomes.
• We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app.

Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
